This historical housing project is being completed by M&R Roofing and Raingutters of Ewa Beach, Hawaii. The West Loch Village Senior Apartments are managed by EAH (Ecumenical Association for Housing) as an affordable housing solution in Hawaii. The property originated as housing for the sugar cane industry in the early 1900’s. The roof was in need of replacement and M&R Roofing recommended PABCO® Premier Laminated Fiberglass Shingles in Pewter Gray, featuring 3M’s Scotchgard™ Protector. This product was chosen to maintain the properties’ historical design and to help prevent unsightly algae growth. The project entailed installing PABCO® Premier on sixteen individual buildings and took over a month to complete the comprehensive project process.
