PABCO® Roofing Products is proud of its continued association and “partnership” with Creative Roofing of Northern California. Creative Roofing provides reroofing and new roof installation services for residential and commercial clients in Sonoma, Marin, and Napa Counties.
President Gabriel Diaz has more than 40 years of experience in roofing installation, estimating, and contract management. He established Creative Roofing of Northern California to take on ambitious roofing projects throughout the North Bay. They enjoy the challenge of implementing new products and techniques, just as their company name states.
Creative Roofing’s business model and values parallel directly those of PABCO® Roofing Products. We strive to put the needs and concerns of our customers first. With Creative Roofing, it is no different. Diaz and his crew make sure they understand and approve the steps involved in their customer’s roofing projects. They have open communication with their customers and keep them updated on their project progress. Diaz remarks how they “approach every job with the goal of building the best possible roof” and that focus has translated to a dedicated clientele base of repeat customers.
Based on their dedication to providing outstanding customer experiences, it is no surprise that Creative Roofing has an impressive roofing background rooted in notable projects and community service. Creative was recently recognized with the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturer’s QARC Award for the Casa Del Sol Townhome project in Santa Rosa, CA. The QARC program recognizes outstanding roofing projects from across the United States. Diaz explains that for this particular project, PABCO® Premier® Elite shingles were chosen to replace the existing shingles due to the ease of application, thicker and heavier appearance than standard grade shingles, as well as the economic value over the life-cycle of the roof. He indicated that the fact Premier® Elite is an impact resistant asphalt shingle is a big bonus.
Creative Roofing has installed PABCO® Roofing products on numerous projects throughout the years. Diaz and his team “value the relationship we have built with PABCO® over the years and we are confident that their shingles will perform to our standards.” One of Creative’s passions is being involved with the Habitat for Humanity program in Sonoma County for approximately eight years. They believe in the positive contributions of Habitat for Humanity and have pledged to be “their roofer.” PABCO® Roofing Products has been privileged to participate in the Woodland Hills Habitat for Humanity project in Cotati, CA with Creative. We are happy to share their passion for giving back to the community and work with an exceptional group of individuals.
