Roofloor Enterprises Corp. Honored with 2022 National Asphalt Roofing Award

Baguio City, Philippines (January 28, 2022) – The Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association (ARMA), a trade association representing North America’s asphalt roofing manufacturing companies and their raw material suppliers, recently announced the winning projects for the 2022 Excellence in Asphalt Roofing Awards.

This program recognizes low and steep-slope asphalt roofing projects across North America based on four categories: Reasons for Selecting Asphalt, Performance, Beauty, and Distinction.

Roofloor Enterprises Corp. received an Honorable Mention Award for their work on the Alphaland Baguio Mountain Lodge in Baguio City, Philippines. The Alphaland Baguio Mountain Lodge is a master-planned development of lodge-style log homes, situated on an 82-hectare property. The project resides at an elevation of 5,300 feet. In a given year, the region experiences approximately eight to nine tropical storms. Roofloor Enterprises Corp. selected PABCO Premier Laminated shingles to complete this job. The architects and engineers on the project utilized asphalt shingles because of their reliability, durability, and overall system strength.

For over 10 years, the awards program has celebrated excellence in the asphalt roofing industry. ARMA received over 80 submissions this year, which were judged by a panel of industry experts and members of the trade media. Roofloor Enterprises Corp. will be recognized at the upcoming International Roofing Expo (IRE). ARMA will arrange a five-minute photo opportunity at each winning manufacturer booth. Award winners are also recognized in member communications, industry publications, and news outlets.
